This super speed hard candy depositing line can produce all kinds of die-formed hard boild candy, the continuous vacuum cooker and cooling band can guarantee the quality of sugar mass cooking, inline CFA adding and mixing, belt cooling, Special chain die forming style is better for central-filing candy making.
Hard candy depositing line production capacity is upto 1000kg/h with different model production line. Sanitary structure designed. The central filler, rope sizer and former work together is available, Different candy shape can be made depend on changing of the mould, A better effect of cooling is avalable by the conveyor and cooling system, Lolipop also can be made when the lolipop former and cooling tuunel is set instead of hard candy former and cooling tunnel.
If add cooking equipment, mould and some function device as well as the cooling tunnel, the hard candy die forming production can be combined to make hard candy, lollipop, toffee candy and Jelly/Gummy candy etc.
